“Being still in the stage of accepting my diagnosis this film moved me a lot emotionally because I could relate to everyone’s story…I have only told one person but the film made me want to wear a sign. I saw how empowered everyone who is open about it and have success in dating.. and it’s very inspiring to me as an HSV+ person…I look forward to the day when I am fully comfortable with it but this film truly left a positive… mark on me and make me want to continue to work on acceptance.”

No Shame in this Game tells the story of shame, acceptance and empowerment of 7 people living with sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Each person discusses their journey through each of the aforementioned stages to demonstrate the possibility of living a life of full sexual self expression, fun, and freedom while being STI positive – a story not widely told and generally too taboo to discuss openly in some communities.

We hope that our viewers walk away feeling like they, too, can live their lives shamelessly.
